Email: CRedford@gs1868.com | | | Clyde Redford graduated from Battle Ground Academy in 1966 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from David Lipscomb University in 1970. Clyde entered the insurance business immediately after graduation as a career agent for State Mutual of America.
In December 1971, Clyde joined Gale, Smith + Company, Inc. starting an Employee Benefit Division. Through that department Gale, Smith + Company, Inc. offered services to their clients in designing, securing and communicating a full range of employee benefit programs as well as making available business life and disability programs. He currently serves on the Agency Executive Management Committee and on the Board of Directors.
During his career at Gale, Smith + Company, Clyde has been involved with a number of local civic organizations including Franklin Road Brentwood Jaycees, Exchange Club and Boy Scouts of America. He recently served as City Chairman for ROOM IN THE INN, and attends Harpeth Hills Church of Christ.
Clyde is currently a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters, National Association of Health Underwriters and the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators.
