Employees should use this site for an explanation of Cafeteria Plans. A calculator is provided to determine if it would make financial sense for you to utilize a Cafeteria Plan. You will also see the information available to you for all three Plans. Human Resources Administrators will also see the information available to them for the Cafeteria plan, the HRA plan and COBRA.
